  • For online purchases we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.


    It is not our policy to provide a refund for ‘change-of-mind’.


    Including if you simply change your mind, you decide you no longer require the item, etc. 

  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

    By committing to the purchase and payment of the goods in the order. Change of mind is the responsibility of the customer and we will not accept returns for change of mind.

    An order will be automatically created once you successfully complete checkout on our website and payment is accepted, and you will receive an email confirmation from us.

    It is your responsibility to ensure all contact details in the order are correct, particularly email, phone number and delivery address, and that these forms of contact are active and regularly checked should we need to contact you.

  • Most items we can definitely ship internationally, this can not be ordered through our website. Please email us on gibsonoliver@inspire.net.nz if you have any queries about international shipping! 

  • Guarantees all goods for a period of 12 days that are found to be faulty as a result of workmanship or material and which has been used in accordance with normal usage. 
    Gibson & Oliver will accept return of Weave branded goods that are delivered damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied subject to rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law. 

    Credits and returns only apply if the product is deemed faulty and a replacement item can not be supplied. Returns for excess, unwanted goods, change of mind or damage as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or failure to follow product warnings or care information are not accepted. 

    Our products are hand crafted items and therefore no two items will be the same with small variations in colour, design, size and other unique characteristics. Such variations are an integral part of hand crafted products, and are not eligible for credits or returns. 


    In the event of a claim for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items please contact gibsonoliver@inspire.net.nz within 12 days of receipt. Please include invoice number, item description, quantity, a photo of the faulty item and the reason for claim.

  • Our online store selection of products available in our warehouse and our wholesalers warehouse. We make every effort to keep an up to date inventory of our range online – however, the availability of these products is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. 

    If there has been an error and we are unable to deliver a product ordered on our website, you’ll be notified by email or phone and a refund will be issued to the credit card as soon as possible.

  • All pricing is listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST of 15%.

  • Goods will not be shipped until any outstanding shipping costs have been paid.

    We collect your personal information in order to re-market to you.
